When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, project address or town, the service you need and any message you write. We also record the page you sent the form from and basic technical data (browser, device and approximate location) through Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to call, text or email you about your project, schedule an on-site visit, send your written estimate and follow up on work we do for you. We also use anonymous analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep spam out of our forms.
Text messages and calls
By checking the consent box on our forms you agree that Thunder Pro Construction LLC may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, email and messaging tools, Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA), or when the law requires it.
